ReplyDeleteWe had a great day shopping at Food Basic at the Jamison location. Our sales clerks and friendly and courteous. When we discovered a product was not available a service helper explained that the shipment would be available tomorrow. Thank you for the update. Ginny our checkout clerk was very friendly and extremely courteous.
ReplyDeleteI do shopping 2-3 times a week on the brookbanks location meeting their customer service is really great job.Even the distance is not convenient for me still i keep on coming back. Their products are always available and fresh too.

ReplyDeleteOur food basics located at parliament and Wellesley. I always buy grocery, meat and vegetables and every thing at food basics. It contains evergreen vegetables and fruits there. I like that. Always all of things have been available there. Every things
ReplyDeleteof layer is very neat and nice. That is attracting me. At some times I couldn't find some things I asked with a staff. He helped me very soon. He is very nice person. Sales clerks and all staffs are friendly and courteous. I like food basics. And it like a friend me.
the store is ok BUT, it doesn't seem to bother anybody that there's long line-ups at the cashout AND they allow people with large orders to go thru the express lane. that pi...s me off!

ReplyDeletei like the location of the store, it is accessible to where i live.just wondering if they could expedite payment process, i find it a little bit slow or it could be more cash out needed. there is always line up when you pay.
ReplyDeleteThe location at Burnamthorpe and Central Parkway is closest to me. Lately the quality and selection of the fruit has not been very good, so I've gone to Costco. I don't like how they stash groceries at the end of the ilses, makes it difficult to turn corners without bumping into someone. Not a fun experience, I hate shopping there but the price is right

ReplyDeleteFood Basics is the best place to shop at, for their outstanding deals on fresh and affordable food and appliances. Food Basics has kind and pleasant staff, they always joke and smile, and are always patient when you take a long time to pay, especially in coins.When I shop at Food Basics they always have new items in their store like new and fresh roasted BBQ chicken. My kids love eating the Roasted BBQ chicken they ask for it almost every day and they and I love it because it is fresh and affordable. My kids especially my younger one loves buying ice cream and other snacks at Food Basics because at a young age they know Food Basics has best and affordable prices.

ReplyDeleteI like foodbasics, however, the last time i shopped there, (yesterday), they did not have the item i wanted that was in the flyer and when i asked the clerk, he looked at me like i just arrived from mars and said it was not on sale and proceeded to tell me about the pork that was on sale. I was actually asking about the cactus pears!

ReplyDeleteWe have been shopping at food basics for years,ever since they opened the store in Stratford.The prices are good and most foods are fresh. One of our main reasons for shopping is the 10 or so handicap parking spots.My husband is an 87 year old veteran and limited with his walking.

ReplyDeleteI've been shopping at Food Basics since it opened.I don't shop anywhere else because they have everything I would need at extremely great prices and the staff are very friendly and have great customer service skills. Food Basics will always be my #1 grocery store.
Basically fresh foodstuffs and consumer goods at a realistic fair and basic price, with good customer relations from the local staff
